Seth Greenberg, Director National Media & Digital Marketing, Intuit

Seth is responsible for Offline and Online Media Buying and Optimization, taking a holistic view of how Intuit invests and executes one of the largest multi-channel media spends including the interaction with earned/social media campaigns.  One of his team's most recent efforts FriendsLikeYou.com utilizes what Greenberg coined "Friendcasting" to enable existing customers to share their reviews with friends and people like them across social networks.

Seth is also responsible for uncovering "NBDs" (Never Been Done) new opportunities in Emerging Media and platforms like mobile, gaming, digital out of home and social media to accelerate innovation and revenue growth.

Responsible for leading digital marketing and strategy for Intuit's consumer division - TurboTax, Quicken and Mint. His team focuses on customer acquisition by incorporating traditional online advertising channels – including display banner advertising, SEO, PPC and Affiliate networks – with new and innovative channels and tactics such as social media, Web 2.0 and guerrilla marketing.

Previous noteworthy social campaigns include working with pro skateboarder Billy Marks to push the envelope of how overt can a brand’s message be on YouTube and hired Vanilla Ice to host TheTaxRap.com, one of YouTube’s first and most successful contests. Last year he hired actor/comic Jay Mohr to host Tax Laugh.


August 2009 Seth was recipient of Intuit's Scott Cook Innovation Award.
August 2008 Seth was recipient of the Intuit CEO Leadership Award presented at the Leadership Conference for Director's and above.

With over ten years experience in Internet Marketing and Sales positions, Seth has worked at start-ups and Fortune 500 companies and prides himself on his ability to execute strategies regardless of budget. He is passionate about learning, leading and building great teams, has provided solid ROI and consistent year-over-year growth in traffic, revenue and profits. Seth attended Film School at Loyola Marymount and Graduate Film School at the American Film Institute. He left a career in the entertainment industry, most recently as a talent agent representing writers and directors to start his internet journey in 1996 in search engine optimization.

Seth currently serves on the Proctor & Gamble Digital Advisory board and customer advisory boards of DoubleClick and Commission Junction and formerly a Board of Director of Shop.org.


A native of Los Angeles Seth loves reading, movies and basketball and can usually be found with his wife and two young boys at Legoland, the Zoo and shepherding is sons between tennis lessons, soccer, and hoops games.
